All candidates need to go through the same process across the organization. To ensure consistency, you will need to apply for each position with Great Park Ice that you are interest in.  Required qualifications vary with each of our positions.  Our site saves your application so you can easily apply to multiple positions.

We perform background checks on all new hires before their start date. A typical background check will verify employment, Social Security verification, and a criminal record check. Certain positions may also require a credit check and/or a sexual offender background check.

Absolutely. Continuous learning, both formal and informal, is a key component of each employee’s career development. We provide 5 days of initial training with our “Top Shelf” training team and continual training opportunities throughout the year.
