Customer Update 11.12.20
Rinks Families,
I hope everyone is healthy and staying safe as we approach the holiday season.
In June we opened six Rinks locations with very limited capacity, programming and staffing, and continue to operate that way today based on local and state guidelines. Our business is still dealing with the unfortunate reality due to the continued indoor restrictions in California to slow the spread of COVID-19. We hope California continues to make progress and businesses like ours will be allowed to fully re-open soon and get back to standard operations.
As has been the case since the start of the pandemic, we will continue to proceed cautiously and with the utmost concern for our guests. We remain open for day camps, gym and fitness activities (by prepaid registration only) at each facility. Consistent with government-issued guidelines, there remains no public programming at this time (e.g., public skating, birthday parties, league play, classes).
We are inspired to see our customers abiding by local and state guidelines while in our facilities, and following our procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our rinks. We continue to adhere to current and future regulations that will strengthen our programs with the ultimate goal of keeping everyone healthy. Our programs continue to be modified to meet occupancy, safety, distancing and other requirements in accordance with the CDC, local, state and federal policies and guidelines.
The health and safety of our customers, guests and staff continues to be our number one priority. We are excited to be open for skating again and look forward to seeing our programming expand as guidelines permit us to do so.

Stay safe,
